Tournament Check-In Procedure. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Make sure you log into the tournament website and "confirm" your attendance. Once you do, you will have visibility to the forms I reference below.
Check-in for the Corn Fest Kickoff will be as follows:
Option 1: Registration teams by emailing all required forms listed below to the tournament director firstname.lastname@example.org
Option 2: Attend in-person registration on Thursday 8/10 5 pm–8:30 pm at Root Rd. Soccer Complex.
To register your team, please email a copy of your official roster/ guest roster (if applicable), player cards, tournament waiver, and concussion certificate for all coaches to email@example.com by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday 08/08.
Please keep individual player medical waivers on-hand through out the tournament weekend.
*A sealed roster will be given to each coach prior to the start of their first game. This sealed roster will then be given to the field marshal at the start of each game for verification and team check-in.
*If payment is still owed, please go to the designated area at each field site 30-minutes prior to your first match to make payment.
*Bag tags can be picked up at the designated area.
*Pre-ordered t-shirts can also be picked up at the designated area.

The designated area at Root Road Soccer Complex is the side window at the concession stand.
The designated area at Cleveland United Fields is the Admin. Tent.
